The Old Rectory

 The Old Rectory is an historic Grade 2 building with parts dating back to the 17th century . More recently it was re-designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott the renowned architect who was also responsible for the Albert Memorial and the Midland Grand Hotel (now known as the St Pancras Hotel).

 The generous downstairs space has a large kitchen diner with aga (winter only) and many appliances including american fridge  freezer with ice maker, Nespresso style coffee machine, Dishwasher and echo dot and blutooth speaker. There is a comfortable adjoining 'snug' with TV, comfy seating and a wood burning stove. Just off the kitchen is a family dining room that seats 10 with views across the lawn to the moors.  From the kitchen is access to a private garden with BBQ , seating area  and firepit.  Leading off the kitchen is the boot room for coats and bags as well as the downstairs toilet and sink,   There is also access through the boot room to the shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying racks. The sitting room is situated to the front the house and is equipped with Smart TV and DVD.

Up the staircase to the mid level double bedroom with a zip and link bed (which can be set up as a Superking bed or 2  singles).  Next to this is the family bathroom with separate Shower and bath. On the top floor is the large main bedroom with a superking sleigh bed leading to the ensuite bathoom with separate shower and roll top bath. Next door is the twin bunk room and next to this the spacious fourth bedroom with a king sized bed.
