During these difficult times, we have had to make adjustments to our cleaning protocols to be in line with the Government guidelines to ensure all our guests and our Housekeeping team remain safe. Below you will find our cleaning protocols and check-in and out times.
We will provide sufficient bin bags for your stay and bags to put your used linen and towels. We will also provide anti-viral spray to help you keep the property clean and safe.

Our cleaning check list
Below is our updated cleaning checklist for each property. We are using hospital-grade Log-7 cleaning products.
Entrance
Key lock/keys cleaned/ External door handles
Communal parts
Internal doors & furniture/walls/ high level surfaces/light and power switches/surfaces/ skirting boards/bannisters/windows/ floors hoovered and disinfected. Wipe down fire extinguishers.
Living spaces
Internal doors and door furniture disinfected/high-level surfaces/light and power switches/All surfaces and skirting boards/electrical equipment and remote controls/ soft furnishings steamed/mirrors/windows/carpets hoovered and sprayed with disinfectant mist/disinfect hard floors/ disinfect bins.
Kitchen
Internal doors and furniture/ all surfaces/light and power switches/all kitchen furniture/electrical equipment and remote controls/soft furnishings steamed/mirrors/windows/hard flooring /bins/all appliances/ oven/fridge and handles/pans crockery etc/ drawers and cupboards/ high chair
Bedrooms

Outside space
Disinfect bin lids/ clean outdoor furniture and gates/ clean BBQ/.
Departure Guidelines
All guests will be asked to strip the linen off all the beds including the top layer mattress and pillow protectors and all towels. These should be bagged up in the yellow bags provided in the wardrobes.
All waste bins should be emptied and all rubbish should be removed from the properties by the guests and put into the wheelie bins.
